About Charleston Cruise Terminal
The Port of Charleston's cruise ship passenger terminal is located at 196 Concord Street at the foot of Market Street. It is in the heart of the historic district, offering the possibility of combining a visit to one of America's oldest cities with a fun-filled cruise. The parking lots are located near the Cruise Ship Terminal. Shuttle bus service is provided between the parking lots and the Cruise Ship Terminal on departure and return dates. Port Police will be stationed along the travel route to direct passengers to the appropriate parking areas.
Long-term storage parking is available on Port property for cruise passengers’ vehicles. Reservations are not required. Parking is in a controlled access area available to only cruise passengers - not the general public. It is a lock down site that is secured and patrolled by the Port Police during the cruise.
The parking fee is $15.00 per day, for vehicles up to 20 feet in length (including for handicap parking). For recreational vehicles, campers, buses, and other oversized vehicles, the parking fee is $40.00 per day. The total parking fee is due when the vehicle is left in storage. Cash, traveler's check or personal checks are the current accepted forms of payment. A color-coded claim ticket will be given to the driver when payment is received. The color-coded ticket will help identify the parking area on the return date. A complimentary shuttle service operates between the parking areas and the Passenger Terminal. The parking is just a few minutes from the Passenger Terminal, but the shuttle provides a comfortable way for passengers to arrive at the check-in location. Handicap accessible shuttles are also available.
