About Hong Kong Cruise Terminal
Cruise ships dock at Hong Kong's Ocean Terminal, in Victoria Harbour at the southwestern edge of the Kowloon Peninsula. It's an ideal location, within walking distance of world class shops, restaurants, museums, landmark hotels, markets, parks and the renowned Star Ferry.
The Ocean Terminal is a finger pier about 381 meters long and is the sole cruise terminal in Hong Kong. It accommodates many luxurious and elegant cruise vessels like Queen Elizabeth 2, Norway, and the latest Star Princess since its debut. The terminal building extends from the shore westwards along the centreline of the pier and is a 5-storey multi-purpose building. The lower three floors are shops providing a variety of merchandise and delicious food, while the upper two floors are car parks.
Passengers embarking to international cruise vessel should first deliver their baggage to Baggage Room of Ocean Terminal before check-in. Check-in procedures will normally be carried out immediate after the delivery of baggage. Passengers should arrive at the terminal in time as advised by respective travel agents to avoid unnecessary waiting. Boarding normally starts in the afternoon hours.
