About Philadelphia Cruise Terminal
The Philadelphia Cruise Terminal at pier 1 is located in the Philadelphia Naval Business Center. The physical address is 5100 South Broad Street, Building 3. The Cruise Terminal is close to the center city and is within 1 mile of I-95 and I-76. The Cruise Terminal building is a renovated naval factory, originally built in 1874, and it is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It's often used for special events and private functions.
In 1877 The Philadelphia Cruise Terminal was an iron plating facility. Today the 44,000 square foot building is the dramatic home to the Philadelphia Cruise Terminal. Completely restored thanks to $20 Million in renovations, the building facade has been refurbished and preserved to retain its original 19th century atmosphere. Inside, however, everything is strictly 21st century. State of the art security helps make the Philadelphia Cruise Terminal a world-class operation.
Getting to the cruise terminal is fairly simple, but the best route depends on where you're coming from. Secure long-term cruise parking is located only about 1,000 feet from the cruise terminal. Long-term parking is provided at the rate of $12 per day for the length of your cruise payable in cash or by credit card. Parking fees are paid upon entering the parking facility. We encourage payment for parking in cash to facilitate a quicker check-in process. Short-term parking is provided for passenger and crew pick-ups only.
